Universal Speed Rating has created a great, simple way to produce a formula that's efficient for all levels. I had basic testing before, but it wasn't that advanced. Working with Universal Speed Rating has added an extra layer to my testing as well as how I capture data. I'm more accurate, and more confident in how I can apply it to our training. 

The USR Platform has added a huge competition piece for our athletes. They love tracking their progress and comparing their scores with their peers and it's helped created even more buy-in within our training programs. 

The USR platform gives our staff and athletes a continual feedback loop. We're able to track progress over time which has helped motivate our athletes to keep improving. It also gives us validation on the training we're providing.
