We use these systems every single day in our business which is a big reason our average athlete retention is nearly 90% month to month. 

The Speed Lab program truly saved my business. We opened in 2001 but things got stagnant and we couldn't break through to the next level. After partnering with USR we opened an additional facility, and our revenue has grown by over 50% month over month. 

In 2025 I went from training 43 athletes to over 400 athletes with multiple clubs across multiple towns. It has allowed us to have a much bigger impact, dive into the community of the best coaches in the world, and drive decision-making based on data instead of just guessing and checking.

My business wouldn't have been able to stay open if it wasn't for the Speed Lab program. The education, the business support, and the applications I've used from this have helped me focus on what I love most, coaching. 

Since working with Universal Speed Rating my facility has doubled in terms of new athletes in the door, total revenue, and new team training contracts. I also feel established in my community as the go-to facility for youth athlete performance and speed development, which has been huge for us.
