 Frederick Alcazar, owner of CZAR Athletics, became a Speed Lab to add a more advanced layer of data to their programming. Since joining, he's also experienced great value from the rest of the Speed Lab Community through the monthly education calls, 1:1 connections he's made, and other opportunities to collaborate on challenges he's facing in his business.  It's also impacted his business directly by opening up opportunities for:

• A  better and more efficient way to track athlete data
