# CZAR Athletics Finds Long Term Solution For His Business with Speed Labs

*“Becoming a Speed Lab has truly given me a system, given me confidence, and it has grown and legitimized my business based off of speed . It's something that I want to be apart of long term.**” *- Frederick Alcazar, Owner, CZAR Athletics.

** **Frederick Alcazar, owner of CZAR Athletics, became a Speed Lab to add a more advanced layer of data to their programming. Since joining, he's also experienced great value from the rest of the Speed Lab Community through the monthly education calls, 1:1 connections he's made, and other opportunities to collaborate on challenges he's facing in his business.  It's also impacted his business directly by opening up opportunities for:

-  30+ Completed Speed Lab Assessments
- A partnership with a Local Division 2 basketball team
- A  better and more efficient way to track athlete data
- Legitimization of his business to the rest of the local area
