Darren Hansen

Darren Hansen

HansenAthletics, Pocatello, ID

With 10+ years of coaching experience Darren and his staff get the opportunity to train hundreds of athletes each year at his facility, HansenAthletics. Darren also works with numerous teams in the area with a primary focus on speed, strength, and performance. Darren was one of the first Speed Labs, joining the community in 2021 and has seen impressive growth over the past 2 years.

New Athlete, Vancouver, WA

Ryan Paul has been coaching for 20+ years, opening his facility in 2001, with a second location added in 2023. New Athlete has a focus on speed and performance for athletes at the youth, collegiate, and professional level and offers PT services as well. Ryan joined the Speed Lab community in 2021.

Cici Murray

Spellman Performance, Orange County, CA

Cici has worked with hundreds of athletes including some of the top NFL, Olympic, and MLB athletes as a speed performance and recovery specialist over the last 5 years. She has recently trained 3 first round draft picks from the 2024 NFL draft and runs a portion of Spellman Performance's youth training in Orange County.

Matt has been training athletes in Northern Colorado since 2015, helping numerous athletes reach their goal of playing or competing at the next level. Matt is a former division 1 football player himself, and is passionate about helping athletes achieve their goals through performance.

Graham Wilk

Graham Wilkerson

Genesis Sports Performance, Indianapolis, IN

Graham is the Owner/Coach of Genesis Sports Performance. He is a certified Strength & conditioning, speed & agility, and a certified physical preparation specialist. He has his master’s degree in athletic coaching education and a strong history in training youth athletes to NFL players. Graham joined the Speed Lab Community in May of 2023.

Nick Oreo

Nick Orioli

Nick Orioli Training, Columbus, OH

Nick Orioli started his training business in 2018, working with a few athletes and local teams. He now services hundreds of athletes a year and works with 5 local teams for all of their speed and performance training. Prior to starting his own business, he worked as the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach with NHL's Columbus Blue Jackets over the course of four years. He joined the Speed Lab community in July of 2023.

Alex Gibson

APG Strength, Hendersonville, TN

Alex Gibson has been training athletes for 10 years. As a former collegiate soccer player, Alex's motivations come from a desire to provide better training than she received when she was an athlete looking to play at the next level. She has a passion for developing the whole athlete, physically and mentally. APG Strength became a Speed Lab in March of 2023.

NORTH EAST REGION

Jose Catano

Catano Performance, North Andover, MA

Jose was born and raised in Colombia. Since he was young, he always wanted to be in an environment where he could help athletes to improve. Jose moved to the U.S. 11 years ago and now runs CATANO PERFORMANCE in North Andover MA where he’s been coaching and working with athletes for over 9 years, training hundreds of athletes each year. Jose joined the Speed Lab Community in February of 2021.

Jay D

Jay Dyer

Medstar Health, Columbia, MD

Jay Dyer serves as the strength and conditioning coach for all of the U.S. Lacrosse Men's and Women's senior and U20 national teams. He is also in his 20th season as the strength and conditioning coach for the Johns Hopkins men’s lacrosse team. Jay joined the Speed Lab Community in November of 2023.
